Harkishan Singh (Harry)

Founder & Director of Marketing

Harry is a graduate from Venkateshwara College in New Delhi. He completed his MBA in International Marketing from University of East London. After obtaining his degree Harry was running a college in London, giving him enormous exposure in International student program. After spending 7 years in the UK he came back to India in 2010 and joined the British Council. After spending 12 years at the British Council, he resigned as Head of Business Development – IELTS in 2022. After spending 14 years in corporate environment, he decided on re-launching his immigration company Focus Overseas which he founded in 2008. Harry is a single handicap golf player who has participated in many national golf tournaments, during his free time he likes to produce music and play as a DJ.

Mina Singh

Co-founder & Director of Operations

Mina is a Swedish national, currently residing in India. Having worked as a Migration Officer at the Embassy of Sweden, Mina has vast experience with all types of visas and immigration strategies. Being a diplomat’s daughter she has had the privilege of studying and working in various countries with unique and diverse cultures. Mina is a fitness enthusiast and an avid golfer.

Shashi Bhushan

Head of Academics

Shashi is a Cambridge certified teacher with over ten years’ experience with the British Council. Shashi has worked as a qualified IELTS examiner for over five years with the British Council and IDP. He is an Immigration lawyer practicing International Law and Diplomacy. Shashi has given a Ted Talk (TEDx) on ‘A Portfolio Career’.
